Hi, i have problem with question: ,,Indicate how long you plan to stay [Dates From - To] Lets say i have all documents, i pay the fees, sent application to VAC, i dont know how long its gonna be in process, then how i should writing dates in this question , im little confused, can anyone help me?

you need to have tentative plan.
You need to know how much time visa processing takes for your country, accordingly make itinerary, and fill dates in form. If your visa arrives late you may change you plan accordingly.

Ok, can u tell me that where i should apply? To Visa Office in Warsaw or i need to check Visa Application Centre?

I check processing time for poland, its 7days, im confused, i think i need to write dates from my stay starting on January 2016, and i wanna ask for time what the visa will be validity, can i write i wanna stay for 3 or 5years and visa will be valid for this time? and for ,,funds for stay" can i write my Dad's funds? and what is the enough funds for stay? And question for Education, i will finish my school (Gastronomic/Coking school, Vocational School) and my brother (Building School) Should i Type Basic Vocational School for both of us?

If you write more than 6 months your TRV application will be refused. A "visitor" is not supposed to "move" and "live" to the visiting country. If that is your plan you need to go through a different immigration process. Even if the TRV is issued for many years, you can only stay for up to 6 months at a time. If you want to stay longer you need to file for visitor status extensions.

If you are a minor or a dependant your dad's funds are good, if not then they aren't.

From the questions seems that you don't really understand the process. Be sure to understand it before sending anything.

So for what is that visa if i cant stay more than six months? i can fly there and be a tourist for 6months on passport
