IMM 5257 form ,section DETAILS OF VISIT please help

hi , i have a query , can some one plz guide me , what details to be given in the section DETAILS OF VISIT , my main purpose is tourism but i would also like to visit my sister.

I would be staying in almost 5 different hotels during a 14 day period , do i have to mention the names of all the hotels in question 4 ? Plus should i mention my sisters name too ?

For Question 4: You can give the details of your sister + one hotel where you will stay for more days than the others.

You can include the details of all hotel bookings (provisional bookings) in the cover letter
