IMM 1344A

This might be a stupid question...but I need someone to clarify. On the form IMM 1344A, Section J Signature(s), I sign on the Sponsor's signature. Does my husband sign the "Signature of sponsor's spouse or common-law partner (if co-signer)?

The signature required there is if your husband/common law partner is "co-signing", supporting your application for sponsorship.

If you are sponsoring your husband as the "applicant", then only your signature is required. He does not sign here.
