Recently got what seems some conflicting advise regarding IMM 1344 Question number 1

If you are found ineligible to sponsor, indicate whether you want to

1) Withdraw you application etc etc all funds returned except 75 dollars
2) Proceed with application for permanent residence. Fees with be retained

If refused, I am getting advise that it is better to simply re-apply having the funds returned than it is to appeal

If I select option number 2, what happens regarding my spouse and her ability to get PR status without my sponsorship

I am confused as to which option is best and their meaning and consequences

thanks so much.. for any help you can give me

:D :D

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
For a spousal sponsorship, option 1 is really the only option.

Without an approved sponsor, the applicant cannot be approved for PR.

What about dependent applications - is option 2 ruled out for them too?
