IMM 1344 sponsor application form: social assistance ?UK child health benefits

Hello, I'm a Canadian citizen sponsoring my British husband. We are both living and working in the UK at present.

I'm a bit stuck on question 7 of IMM 1344 regarding social assistance. It says "are you in receipt of social assistance for a reason other than disability?"

We both have been receiving government Child Health Benefits for our children which comes to about £25 per week. Almost every one gets it in the UK as it has not been means tested until this year. Should I therefore answer yes to social assistance? Or does social assistance mean jobseekers or the dole? I'm just wondering if any other UK residents have come across that?

We have similar child care benefits in Canada also, they don't count as social assistance. Say "no" to that question. Our other term for it is "welfare", for those just as an example who were on "the dole" but whose dole has run out.
