The question about residency is to determine which VO. if you have been legally admitted for 1 year to a country other than your own, you can ask CIC to transfer your file to this VO instead. For example, a Pakistani studying in London for 2 years can ask to have London as a VO (10 months) instead of Islamabad (26 months).

For the signature> there is no co-signer in the spouse sponsorship, it's only for other categories (parents etc). So : if you're the sponsor, then your husband is the sponsored person, not the co-signer.

one more question.. this is a barcoded form right? how about the date of the signatures this 2 should b d same or what we gonna do is my husband in Riyadh will fill it up then he can sign it and send it to me for signature... What do you think?
