Can anyone help me? I can download all of the forms, but IMM 1344 and IMM 0008 will not open. I know I need to verify before printing, but it simply will not open, so I can't check that box.

I had the same issue initially. The reason is, these two forms can only be opened with Acrobat (reader) 8.1 or newer, due to the built in validation.
Here's what I did: I right clicked and did the "Save As" and then after download completed, I opened it with the right version of AR. et voilà

I had the same problem, using a Mac.
The issue is that Mac tries to automatically open it with Preview. What you need to do is "Save As" the file onto your computer, then right click Open With and select Adobe Reader (must be newest version of Adobe to work).
