IMM 008 generic and IMM 008Dep Question

Hi I have a question. I am now filing my application for AINP EMPLOYER DRIVEN SKILLED CATEGORY. I just want to ask about the form IMM 008 Generic under question #4: immigration office requested for processing this application. My provincial/territory is in Edmonton. To what CIC office should I indicate in this form?

Second question is, In form IMM 008DEP since I have no any dependant to be included but only me principal applicant. But my mother is in the U.S.A living as a citizen. I am still single and has no partner or common-law. Do I need to fill out this form for my mother as additional dependant or exclude this form?

1.) since you are inside Canada, CPP- Ottawa is your Visa Office, just like what I indicated in my own.
2.) no parent or siblings can be included as dependent in your application since you are single., but if you had a child or children in previous relationship/s you have to include them as your dependent.

Do i need to include any dependant form like IMM 008DEP even if I declare my mother as dependant or Not?
