IMM 0008 Version 03-2014 vs 11-2013, okay to send the older version?

Hi,

I'm just about to send in my application package, but have noticed that there's a new version for IMM 0008. I'm just wondering if it's okay for me to send the 11-2013 version, as it will take another week or two for my spouse to sign and send the new version to me.

Oh dear how annoying.
Hmm. Good question. Are there any different questions ?
Maybe its best to call CIC.
 
If the new form has just been updated (cca 1 month), they usually allow you to send in the old form. But in this case, the new form was updated in March, two months ago, so your best bet is to update it.

You may risk for your whole application to be returned to you, in which case your process could be delayed more than a month. If I were you, I would send in the newest version, even if it takes another week.

if you haven't sent it yet, best to do the new one and send that instead of old one

I think they just update it again in June 16th 2014.
