IMM 0008 - Question 9 - Canadian Work Experience - Please advise

Hello People,
I worked (FULL time in a role that has a valid NOC) in Canada intermittently during 2012 and 2013 and when I sum up the calendar days I spent in CA, its 354 days. I got a T4 each for 2012 and 2013 from CRA.
That said, on IMM 0008 - for Q9 - previously worked for at least a year in Canada --> should my answer be YES or NO..?

Please advise.

its a bit tricky,

if you qualify without the points for adaptablity (1 year WE in CA) then to be on a safer side you can write No, and highlight it on the covering letter.

if you are qualifying only after calculating the points for 1yr WE in CA, then write yes and explain in cover letter

thats what i would do, please take a second opinion
