imm 0008 new or old version

Hi guys, im in the process of sponsoring my wife from the philippines, I just realized that the imm 0008 that I finished filling up was the old version imm 0008 (10-2017) E, now there is a new version imm 0008 (06-2018) E. Should I fill the new one or it doesn't matter?.. thank you very much

I'm not 100%, but they will likely make you re-do that page with the most updated version. Always do the most recent versions
