IMM 0008 help for Spouse & Dependent child

Applying for family class immigration for wife and son (2 years old).
I am the sponsorer.
Wife is the principal applicant (filled out IMM 0008).
Do i need to submit a separate IMM 0008 for son?

No you just have to fill the dependent child info on IMM008 and fill the additional dependent Form IMM0008DEPENU.

I don't think so... I think you only need the IMM0008DEPENU if you have more than 5 family members. The following is a quote from the Applicant Guide -

If you have more than five (5) family members, you must complete the Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) form for each additional family member in order to include everyone in your application.

Hmmmmm that is confusing, I thought you had to fill both but you seem to be right.

This is what the put on country specific checklist 3907e.pdf

2 Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) - This form is completed by you, the principal applicant, if you have more than five (5) family members.

Also this bring me to the question about the language, for a 2 year old who don't speak any language other then Kid language lolz what to put ? I have selected the same Native language as my spouse and put neither on other 2 languages question. That is the right way to do ?

Whichever language he/she understands when spoken to is what I'd put down given he/she can't speak yet!

So I just need to submit IMM0008 for the principal applicant with dependent info for my son on the same form.
Line 3 with have to say 2 members.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
