I downloaded Foxit which will then convert your files. From there you will be able to make changes and save the files. When they are in adobe sometimes you can't make changes after saving them. Try that

It opens for me. Go to your downloads and double click it, it should load then.

you have to look at the top, the pop up screen and it says open with different viewer then it will allow you to save
