1- Bank of America will notarize your documents. Try another branch, they did the same for me, claiming they can't notarize but I went to another branch.
2- Technically I didn't provide any proof except my high school diploma and another degree which has two classes in French. They called me and we spoke in French. I think they waived the interview when they knew I could speak the language. I advice to take accelerated classes. If they talk to you over the phone, they will assess you level and based on that, they will decide whether to interview you or have you take the test.
