When there is a problem in your application , is it better to explain it from the beginning or is it better to wait until CIC ask for an explanation or further information ?
When you are filling out your application anything that you feel might cause the officer question or concern, then please, feel free to write and attach an explanation letter. This will help to address the issue up front and keep your application moving. If the officer has more questions about the issue they can then reach out to you and ask for clarification. It is better to address potential issues upfront rather than wait for the officer to find each bit and ask for information.
