I'm so confused on the affidavit format

Hello guys,

I have all my documents scanned and ready to go and i'm really confused on how to format the affidavit. i bunch of documents and i'm really scarred to sort them on in proper way.


Any hints on how to sort the affidavit that would be really appreciated,

For example do i make a word file and put on most of the financial support documents and submit it in the proof of financial means section?

Follow the instructions given in your application. It’s there.
So basically there is no right sorting order for the document i can for example put my father's pledge of financial support and his bank statement first then my bank statement and the rest of the documents right after. right?

Yes! There’s no order for that. Make sure you to put it in a way it’s easier for them to understand. If you want to make it easier than just put a table of content page in the beginning of the file then the documents according to the list you prepared. In that case the VO knows what all he will check in the file. Good luck.

Sort it and make it easy for VO. Add an index page for List of Content. List in the documents in the order they appear (you don't have to include page numbers). Then save them as pdf. They will likely be bigger than 4mb so use a pdf compressor. I use this one and it works nicely: https://www.pdf2go.com/compress-pdf.

Don't submit them as MS word doc.
