I'm planning to bring my girlfriend in canada as a tourist only

I'm planning to bring my long time girlfriend here in british columbia, canada just for a visit and a vacation for her for atleast 1 month next year from the Philippines... We are not looking for a marriage yet just plain visit as a tourist as my treat to her.. I'm a newly permanent resident here and i've read that i need to make a letter of invitation to her... I would like to know if she has a high chance of getting a visiting/temporary resident visa... She has a work in the philippines and earning her own money although she doesn't have a credit card but i'm planning to shoulder all her expenses and lodging here in canada when she arrived...

What should we do at this point? What are the steps we should do? What are the requirements she will need to have a high chance to be accepted for a visting visa?

The most important thing is for her to show she has strong ties to the Philippines and has no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Ideally she should provide evidence like proof of full time employment or full time school attendance, proof of property ownership or rental, proof of other assets in her home country.
