I moved to Vancouver last year in April on a work permit and this year I applied for PR under express entry but I see my profile is not eligible for CEC even though I have completed 1 year of the full-time job here. I checked my earlier NOC Code was 2171 and now I have applied under the NOC Code 21222. During this time I was out of Canada for 45 days on paid leave, is this why I'm not getting the points? Can someone please help?

You answered a question wrong in your profile (eg. 50% of program in French).

I have checked it multiple times, even I got it reviewed with so many people. Unfortunately, we couldn't find anything wrong.
What is your full profile - age, ECA, IELTS? What type of permit are you on? Are you counting points for a job offer? You have one full year in Canada?

1. Do you have one year of full time experience?
2. Do you have an updated job offer with letter stating you will have employment one year past PR? If you don’t then you don’t count job offer or get the updated letter.
3. ECA?

If your job offer is new and you have a LMIA then you must be answering a question wrong. People cannot help unless you post your answers. Assume CELPIP and WES ECA are current and have not expired. Assume CELPIP is CLB 7 in all bands.

Were you self-employed? Are you sure you put your employer's correct Canadian address on your profile? Agree its very hard for us to guess without seeing your profile.
