Your situation is very unfortunate. I am sorry to say that lying got you into this mess, I don't think lying again will get out of your present situation. You have to be honest. If immigration finds you lying on your application, then it is game over.

I know this sounds preachy but you need to tell the truth, and let the cards fall where they do. It is unfortunate that you have the work past you do, but you can't lie on your forms. It is situations like this that make it hard for those that do things the proper way. Just be honest, it's all you can do.

Best of luck!

como llegaste!? con una visa y luego quedaste pa ya? eso no e bueno.. eso e seguro :(

I agree, you need to tell the truth. My bf was in a similar situation. He worked illegally. I was against it from the start, but he was adamant about working. When we filled out his application, he was honest about it all.

Our file was transferred to the local office without first stage approval. We were informed that we were in for a long wait. But our luck changed and he got his PR.

Your situation can catch up to you, they will investigate it. Be honest about everything.

hola...
I sent you a personal message to your inbox, check it and hope it helps you.

;)

thats true and i will say the tru , does somebody knows if i provide the name of the family who i was working for it is a way that they can affect them? and thanks sooo much galmxcan you was really helpful!!!!! :D i hope you can get yours soon!! this is a long process but as i told my boyfriend im here for the long ride!!1

DO NOT LIE! THEY WILL FIND OUT!

My husband worked illegally too, and our lawyer advised us to tell the whole truth. she said they wont deny you because of it. if you lie and get caught they can ban you for 5 years from canada, in addition to having your pr rejected

If you lie on the application for PR will be denied and the consequence of the misrepresentation is 2 years. Working illegally will have no effect on your allpication. The illegal work which before would have made you inadmissible (without status) disappears when you return to your home country. Will it have an effect on your old employer? Noone can say. They have bigger fish to fry I imagine.
