I'm married, and my spouse's name is not mentioned in the passport. Moreover, my current address differs from the address mentioned in my passport.

I'm married, and my spouse's name is not mentioned in the passport. Moreover, my current address differs from the address mentioned in my passport. Do I need to add the spouse's name then only PCC will be issued?
If anyone has any idea about this, kindly let me know.
