Firstly, you don't deserve anything. Secondly, Canadian govt. will not give you immigration fried and seasoned along with your daily breakfast. You have to actually apply for it.

I'm sorry but no one deserves Immigration. We all earn it.

With only a two year diploma, I don't think you'll find many employers willing to sponsor you. In addition, many Canadian employers only consider Canadian degrees acceptable. If you're serious about wanting to come to Canada, you might consider doing an online Bachelor degree with a Canadian university. Since you already have a two year degree, it will be much faster. If you study online, you will NOT need a work permit and you can still apply for an after graduation work permit. If you get it, with enough experience, you may qualify for the Canadian Experience Class.
