i'm from mauritius, my gckey has been revoked mistakenly

Hello,
I'm from mauritius , i have apply for a study permit and it is the visa office in south africa which work on it. My problem is ; i accidentally revoked my GC key . I have created a new account and I've been trying to link my application (numerous times) to this new account. I have unfortunately been unable to. Each time it comes back to "application not found". I am now a bit stressed as I have no other way to know if my study permit has been approved or whether your visa department needs any additional documents from me. Could you please advise on this issue.
The poroblem is that when i link my application it give me no result.

Please someone help me, my course start in september, i have no many time.

You'll have to contact CIC either by phone or email. It might be easier to call the VFS in Port-Louis and explain your case. They can guide you at the very least.

I contact the VFS in port louis and they told me that they can't do anything because they are not responsible and do not kno any procedure of online application. Therefore i send an email to the CIC but in vain the problem does not resolved.

Do you know what is the processing time for a study permit?

By sending an email to CIC, you meant you submitted a case-specific enquiry via their web form? If so, then there’s not much you can do but to wait. It must be stressful for you given that September is just a couple of weeks away. I’m sorry that you are going through that.

I never applied for a study permit for Canada, so I don’t know the processing time to get one.

I send them an email and also a case-specific enquiry via their web form. They have replied but they told me to do the same thing to link my application with a new account but the problem remain the same.

I will like to know even if i have no access to my gckey account will they send me an email to make me know if they have approved my application for my visa

Sorry I have no idea of they will approve your application. It seems from the other similar threads regarding revoked GC Key, other applicants are having similar issues as well.

But unfortunately the only way to contact them is by email, one week ago i send them an email but in vain the problem persist. okay i send you an email.
