I actually have been nominated by Quebec Provincial Nomination program. My Nomination validation code is PNP-NVC600204003088. And I received my pnp certificate. I have also received form of. Auth. And Canadian pnp is saying should pay resettlement fee CAD$600+CAD$224 to pnp regional Embassy in Senegal. Is it true?. My name is Mr. Ngungu Neckyon George. Country of Uganda.

Who is the contact and email to mail fees to. There are no such things as resettlement fees. The link is the Quebec fees.

This is my request letter to Quebec province, Canada Government, if they can Consider me and my family members to access Quebec Provincial nomination
program. and or have some kind of consideration on our case. because we have shown the detailed documents and filled forms and our passport size photographs i also tried to send my academic certificates and CVs but it cloud not be send. i will send them now. i will be grateful, if my plea for this matter is taken into your favorable considerations.

Since you say have received a nomination then contact Quebec Immigration with your questions. You would have that contact information. This is a volunteer forum.
