i'm confuse which visa i should apply?

hello everybody,
my visa it's expired and my work permit gonna expire by the end of November and my ID gonna expire by the end of January 2012 , please can somebody told me , my status will be illegal which from those date, so my employer will apply form LMO but i was working with my work permit with different employer that it's gonna make me problem when i will apply for new work permit? and another thing i have my aunt here and she's retard in this year. she can sponser me or not? please may somebody answer me?

1. So you are working for a new employer without authorization, that makes you illegal.
2. If you are not, then when your work permit expires, you won't have status.

You must only work with the employer stated in your work permit. You are not authorized to work for any employer. That is one of the conditions listed on your work permit.

You should apply for a work permit. You need a valid work permit first before you can update your visa and IDs.
