Hi shirlsmendoza,
try to search if your job or your husband's job is in the list of federal skilled worker's job, check cic.gc.ca if not, you can try to look for a job maybe you can apply under arranged employment, we are in saskatchewan so i am just familiar with job sites here, try saskjobs.ca
If not, easiest and fastest is to go as a student, though it is quite expensive...in saskatchewan they have a program for student, if you take one year course you will be qualified to apply as saskatchewan provincial nominee and you will be qualified to apply for PR, check http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/sinp

those are some ways i know, not sure of what programs they have in manitoba, you can check this http://www.immigratemanitoba.com/

hope this helps,
Larxace

Both ur jobs r not in the current list. wait till june 30th 2012 and check out.

My first thoughts are your husband may be eligible as an Electrician as per NOC classifications (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp). He could be the primary Federal Skilled Worker applicant if his job experience fits the qualifications of the Electrician occupation.

Thank you very much Larxace and Vidya!
I've tried sending my resume thru email to all the job opening, particarly in the travel agencies in calgary, manitoba, ontario and many others. Most of them told me that They only hire to those who are already in Canada. I wanted to apply as a Skilled worker or as a provincial nominee but I do not have a job offer from Canada. I will try the website and hopefully I could find a job.
My husband had only 1year experience as a site engineer here in the Philippines. He has to go back to Italy for his working visa as a domestic helper.
Thank you again. Any will be helpful to me. God bless!

Thank you regnard! But my husband had only 1year experience. He is currently in Italy to renew his working visa. Bust I think he should have more than 5years experiance to qualify for skilled worker.

I've tried sending my resume to the one of the job opening in saskjobs.ca ,
I received this response
Shirley:

You do realize we are in Saskatchwan Canada. would you be able to get a visa to work in Canada ?
have you looked into this ?

Please Advise.

How can I start my application if most of the employers are asking if I already have a visa?
Is it necessary to have a job offer from canada before applying for Federal skilled worker?
Can I apply for FSW without relatives or job offer?
What should I do?

It is NOT necessary but if one has arranged employment then application is processed quickly

Can I apply for FSW without relatives or job offer?

Yes --- you can apply

What should I do?

Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp and go through the information available over there, especially areas like 'Who can apply' & 'How to apply'
