im 23 years old,i am in doubtful if my mom could include me in her sponsorship?

for me to be qualified i need to enroll again for another bachelor degree so that i can be considered as dependent to my mom. My question is , do i need to stop working to be a full time student?? because at this time im currently working and im really confuse if i'll stop or not just to be a considered full time student.
Or can i go to classes at the same time working?? please help

Well it looks like you are too late. To be considered a dependent, if you are over 22 when the application is submitted. (Your mom hasn't submitted yet) You have to be in full time attendance at school before you turned 22 and continue in full time school until the visa is issued. As you said you are working, so it looks like you are no longer a dependent.
