Illegaly in canada

My refuge claim was rejected and i was ordered to leave canada but i didnt,
Also igot married to a canadian citizen during the deportation procces.
The question is now that i am illegaly in canada can i apply for humanitarian or i have to leave the country?
Its been about 10-11 month since i got a negative decision from irb.

Simply being married to a Canadian is not usually grounds for a H&C claim.

It's probably in your best interest to leave Canada before you are arrested and deported forcefully. Then you can submit an outland PR application under family class from whatever country you are living in. Remaining in Canada with an outstanding deportation order in force, may cause many complications if you applied for PR while you're here.

Also note that due to the timing of your marriage (right after being ordered to leave), your PR app will most likely take longer than usual as CIC will want to be convinced it wasn't a marriage of convenience done just to stay in Canada.
