There is a backlog for medical reviews so depending whether there is any red flags on the medical it can take up to a few months.
 
Hi. Can someone help me with this question?
I submitted my common law partner sponsorship application to federal and they ask me to apply for CSQ since I will be living in Quebec.
before Quebec issue the CSQ, do I still need to sent proof of one year of relation to them?

You needed to include proof that you lived together for a continuous year when you submitted your original application.
 
Thank for your reply. I did that with federal as per their checking list of supporting documents. I wanted to know if I have to do the same with Quebec for the purpose of CSQ
