Hello everyone

Guys I have been rejected under SPP for study visa, now I am planning to apply under General in few days. I need little help from forum to understand what to include and what not to include in my application this time.I have submitted following documents under SPP earlier:

1. Education documents ( Eiilm university that is now not affiliated to DEC but it was while I enrolled and completed B.com though it is still affiliated to UGC)
2. Work experience letters ( Worked for a salon :cash Job 2004-2008 as client relation+ 2008-2011 as an inter for tax law firm for accounts work again cash job+ 2011-2013 sales adviser for U.S based company in Delhi+ Sep 2013- Till date as freelancer volunteer marketing for U.S based It company that is project based and I get paid once project is over in July 2014)
3. GIC
4. Complete 1 year program fee receipt( That was through SBI education loan and has been transferred by SBI to college from my Loan account)
5. Education Loan sanction letter ( It doesn't say any loan a/c number. It only says that loan has been sanctioned for INR 750,000)
6. I sponsored myself so I have also submitted 1 year ITR for 2012-2013 year as I have not filled ITR for 2013-2014 yet and had no other ITR for previous to 2012-2013)
7. Bank statement for last 6 months ( Had CAD 2909 in balance from last 1 year. However I transferred CAD 9945 from my mothers a/c to my a/c to pay GIC i.e 25 days before I applied for Visa) also I had transfer for CAD 3636 in my a/c 7 days before I applied for visa from my friend/previous employer too back in 2004 to 2008) My a/c balance was CAD 5709 while I applied for visa apart of 1 year fee and GIC
8. All notarized documents
9. All Visa application forms required
10. SOP

Now I received rejection saying: Documents lack authenticity and my proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more your qualification, previous studies, gap in studies, employment etc
Profile:
10th in 2002-58%
12th in 2004-67%
B.com from distance learning Eiilm university Dec2008 to Dec2011 with 64%
Ielts: 6.5 overall with no less then 6
College- Conestoga for Global business Management 1 year program( Graduate certificate program)

I would like to know do anyone see there is any problem with the document authenticity and what all do I submit while applying in general I will also have change in my bank statement as i will only be able to show around CAD 5000 on top of GIC and College fee.

I need your advise guys as I will be doing it by my own this time. Thank you to everyone

I think cash jobs might be an issue, also how can you prove that global business mgmt will be good for your future as in past you did cash jobs, but these are just my thoughts.
How much amount of IT u filled ?

I can take care of how to describe benefits I get from Global business though I am confused about why my documents are not authentic? I filled ITR on CAD 12000 in 2012-2013.

In my opinion, your work experience documentation is a little suspect from the perspective of a VO.

Think about it. Majority of your experience has no legally documented proof apart from "experience letters." There is no tax documentation, pay slips or bank account deposits demonstrating that you worked and got paid.

I don't think the VO was convinced that your work experience was authentic and maybe you fabricated it for the visa application.

If you can do something about that, then maybe that would help.

If I go ahead and mention all this clearly and ask them to consider my situation why I took those cash jobs in past apart of job i was in between 2011-2013 ( for which I have IT returns and salary slips too). does that going to make any difference as I can not produce any proof like bank details or Income proof for those cash jobs anyhow. Is that worth trying again with an explanation letter to justify those cash jobs

Anyhow VO's doesn't ask for Salary slips for all my work in past and bank statements from 2044 onwards. So how would they know those were cash jobs or not relevant unless they verify it with employers.

You can always try and explain. I am not familiar with the taxation system in your country, but even if you get paid in cash, don't you have to keep personal documentation for tax reporting purposes? If that is not applicable in your country, then I guess it doesn't matter.

I am not saying that pay slips etc are required documentation but if you want to convince the VO regarding your work experience, then maybe you should submit such documentation to improve your chances.

I am not sure what made them think that documents are not authentic I am sure they are not addressing bank loan letter as I already had fee receipt and 1 year living expenses as GIC certificate from Scotia bank. It has to be my work experience/qualification or my bank statements. As I had some initial transactions in my bank to maintain CAD 500 in my bank account to show proper funds ( those were mine from family but I got them recently in my bank account). Any suggestions I am in doubt if I should apply again or not?

If the issue was your bank account then the VO would've indicated that you don't have sufficient funds etc. Since they reason was the authenticity of documents, it is highly likely that it is your work experience documentation that is suspect. Also you have to convince the VO that your chosen course is appropriate or if you are changing fields, then you should explain that. I could be wrong. If you feel that you have adequately addressed the reasons for the initial refusal then I guess you could apply again.

Your education credentials could also be an issue since you are telling us that your university is not well regarded. Please just provide as much information as you can to the VO. There isn't much people on this forum can do to help you in that regard. It is your responsibility to convince the VO with legitimate and authentic documents. If you didn't go to an accredited university then there isn't anything you can do about it now.
