kindly clarify if IELTS for spouse is compulsory.

IELTS for spouse is compulsory if only you are claiming points for her English proficiency. You either tick "Yes" in the spouse's English proficiency section AND provide her original IELTS results, or you tick "No" and provide nothing.

i want to know is that can we apply more than one category (NOC) for immigration process. .. coz if one of the category quota is complete then we can go for another...

as long as your working experience is atleast one year and your JD will match to that NOC , that wont be a problem.
