IELTS is just one part of the process there are a lot more requirements and with IELTs more points the better across all subjects although at 48 you would lose points on age for a start http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/eligibility.asp
Thanks for the quick reply. If I can meet the other requirements, apart from IELTS, am I eligible?. I am graduate and I have around 20 years experience in Customer Relations and Purchasing fields. Kindly reply me so that I can decide further.
