IGNOU's Recognition with WES

I'm planning to pursue one-year diploma by IGNOU.Is it recognised with WES ,since I don't want the hard work to go in vain.

Hey, so are you sure that IGNOU (1 Year) PG Diploma is evaluated/recognized by WES as Canadian equivalent?
