IGNOU Master degree

Hello respected member of this forum. I have questions lingering in my mind and those are as follows.

I have a Undergrad degree in computers (BCA) attending college full time and currently pursuing Masters in Psychology from IGNOU.

My course ends next year probably in month of June and I'm planning to go to Canada for a certificate course in Human resource and management.

1.Is Master degree from IGNOU considered in Canada ?
2. How and from where can I get letter of recommendation / reference form since it is a distance course and not full time?

I think you should go to a consultant, they can help you regarding all this.
Your representative can help you with recommendations, if your degree would be considered in Canada.
