Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi there people ,

It's been a while i haven't shared anything with you so on the other hand i've been trying to get a job in canada and finally i've found it."General helper , General labor , Warehouse worker , yard worker" this is job i've got & my work permit will come from Canada.

So the issue is my work permit i'll be in my hands next month may be,i need to know few things (Please guys share if you know anything don't just post links in comments).

Being as a foreign worker i'd already tried to find what precisely documents i need along with help of someone , I need an immigration lawyer , a consultant or anybody who has a experience with great skills.According to my theory CIC website is awesome to find what you need but not too good to find what really you need it.I'll be leaving mine's requirement here in order to get answers from y'all rather then to see Posted links in your comments.

Here we go ..............!!!

1 - How much statement should i need to show to get a visa ?

2 - What kind of visa do i need is it TRV , VV or TRV VV both ?

3 - Is there any immigration lawyer who can help me to fill out my visa application. ?

4 - what is the duration period of work permit or you'll get a permit for couple of months / years ?

5 - What else or additional documents do i need to attach with my file ?

Remember guys , CIC is a awesome site but not too good to find what really you need so i think it's time if you'd share your experiences.
Thank you so much I Shall be waiting for your comments.

Looks like your understanding is pretty badly affected.

You would probably get an LMO first which your employer applies for you in side Canada and is sort of approval from government that they can hire this person and it does not affect Canadian job market.

Then you will apply for work permit in home country at the local embassy. Work permit is approval for working in Canada, it is NOT A VISA and therefore is not used for travelling.

1. Normally for work permits, you don't need to show any statement (in terms of amount of saved money). The reason is that you already have a confirmed job sufficient for your expenses in Canada. However, statement might be submitted as proof of your income in home country. Your capability of earning good money back home serves as an important TIE to HOME COUNTRY (which is famous reason for refusals unless proven well.

For a concrete example i applied from Pakistan along with my family (spouse and 3 kids) and though i submitted statement, it barely had any money. The key thing in it was that it proved my income in Pak for a long time (supplemented with pay slips).

2. You would apply for work permit at local CIC embassy. If you are from Pakistan, you would also fill a trv form along (it is included as a required form). If successful you get two different things. a) your passport is stamped with a trv (type W-1 for worker). Note that this is still visa only needed for travelling. b) You would receive an approval letter from CIC Isb called "Letter of introduction". You would take this letter along while travelling to Canada. The actual work permit is issued at the POE / Canadian airport.

3. There are a lot of consultants in Pakistan who would charge you large sums of money and don't really help with much. If you are educated enough to read and post here, you can do application yourself and save money. If you have doubts about any forms you can sure put questions here.

4. Duration of work permit is decided by several factors. Your original job offer's period, period approved with LMO and finally the length your passport's validity. Generally it is between 1 and 3 years, although it can be extended to 4.

5. When you fill the application, there is a checklist along with it. Complete that first and post on forum what you have attached while explaining some details of your circumstances along. Then probably others can advise. Otherwise it is a long list of ifs and buts about what to attach. Still, generally speaking passport, pictures, LMO, job offer, proof of qualifications and experience and that you meet the job requirements, proof of your current ties to country (could be well established job, spouse and kids, owning property or businesses etc.) and police certificates are bare minimum.

P.S. CIC's website has pretty much every thing. It is true that no good search exists with in site. But if you learn to put the right question / terms in google and notice official links, you would almost always get what you are looking for.

Well let me clear your inner proud firstly , if you think my understanding is badly affect then i guess yours aren't sufficient either.

How does this even possible that you don't need to show bank statement to get an visa from Canadian embassy that's a lame lie ? Proof of INCOME is your bank statement all i want to know how much 10,000 $ , 15 , 18 ,20 ,24 etc. & btw your wrong about you've posted.

I'd applied for a job which will send me LMO along with Work permit i ain't gonna apply for WP from Pakistan it'll be in my hands soon.
Secondly , dear ..... there are too much complications on CIC that's why couldn't understand what the heck they've done so that's why i asked you people here for best possibilities.

Thirdly all i've to do is apply for a visa my paperwork will be done and coming from Canada not from Pakistan understand it if you can. However , i know it's not that much difficult to fill application on your own but what if you don't know about anything how are you gonna supposed to start it.By hiring or having someone's help gives you relief from the burden and i think your pretty wrong about this one ...... lemme give you a example , if a student prepared his exams on his own and one student went to college for preparation who will understand things properly and step by step.

It doesn't matter whether you guys are helpers or helpless , all i asked for 5 answers.I appreciate your effort writing and copying but i didn't ask for LMO in my post read it again .

So thank you so much i'll find someone else who can tell me much more better then you did.You just wrote a story about the thing i didnt ask about it.

It is better to hire someone instead of comin here and upload documents and wait for the suggestions that's bullshit i ain't gonna do this shit.I'd ask for someone else help :D

Thanks anyway.

Wow that was really harsh. Probably the first time ever some body who asked for help and got feedback responded that way. Of course you would always do what you feel is most appropriate. All the best with that. I don't think i should respond to things like "lame lie".

I have been through this immigration process long enough as well as have seen enough other profiles to be told 'i am wrong' about trivial things such as bank statement and would only say, "i know better". That does not mean my info is absolute about every thing, but i at least know where i am less informed and where that is not the case.

Good luck with your search for help.
