He's probably heard the recent news about moratorium on issuing LMOs for TFWs in Fast Food sector.stopDA said:I can't quite understand your grammar. What exactly are you trying to ask for?
You'll be fine. They're lifting the moratorium this month. But you won't qualify for SINP for at least another 2 weeks. There's a 6-month residency requirement and you just got here in January.Hamid khan said:I came Saskatoon as a work visa ( cook ) via LMO jan 14
So my question am I in trouble or not bcz now a days LMO suspended
I was thinking to apply sinp
If you can pls help me
By "this month", I actually mean next month in June. It's the last day of May anyway, so we may as well say "this month". The government will close for their summer recess before the end of this month, so the moratorium will be over by then. As for the new changes that await the program, I have no idea what they will be. They shouldn't affect you since you're already in Canada though.stopDA said:You'll be fine. I'm not exactly sure how SINP will look at it. You have a valid work permit (which needed an LMO) so maybe they'll let you apply for SINP. It's probably best to wait until after the moratorium is lifted to send off your application. But it's really your employer who applies for your SINP. Ask your employer about it.Hamid khan said:Sorry friends
I have one more question:
As my occupation ( cook ) suspended so is there any chance for delay to receive job approval letter as a cook from sinp
