The Anne Johnston Health Station
The Anne Johnston Health Station is a not-for-profit community health centre providing a wide range of programs and services that promote the health and well-being of seniors, youth, and people with physical disabilities requiring an accessible barrier free environment. Our programs and services include primary care, disease prevention, and health promotion. Programs and services are confidential and free of charge.
Who is Eligible for Our Programs and Services?
Youth – Ages 13 to 24 who live, work, or attend school in our catchment area.
Seniors - Age 55+ who live in our catchment area.
People with physical disabilities who live in the City of Toronto.
