whats your timeline and Visa office?
let qorax decrypt that code. I thought by now most of the files have been transfered to GCMS from CAIPS. it seems some old files will never be converted to GCMS.
what I know that, MTD is your Visa officer's name and I am not sure about 4WB.
the date is when your file will be assessed once again by your VO.

it seems that you were about to get your MR but as the quota was finished, they couldnt send it. They will most likely to take your file back on their hand on 18/05/2012 and you might get your MR then. if that is the case, then the 2 yrs waiting period is nicely being applied to you.

first 5-7 months of 2012 would be worth watching.
CIC has pledged issuing 11,000 more visas in 2012 than they did in 2011.

Seems like you have inquired something to your VO and they sent you a standard reply.
surprisingly they haven't calculated your total points.
I dont see anything that could be termed as DM for your case.

This is in response to your PM.

1. The actual work on your file was done on 10/6/2009. [Your apps were recd on 15/5/2008]
2. There was something intriguing, thus u had a PSDEC 'deferred'.
3. The IO enquired the following on 08/10/2009:
a) Wrong NOC codes [your agent (M/s Immigration Experts??) goofed-up!]
b) And fresh IMM5476 [your agent used a 2004 variant!]
4. All the above were corrected & resubmitted on 08/1/2009.
5. Your file was reviewed on 24/4/2009 & u were 'accepted' as an 'Accountant'.
6. U were asked to submit your 'complete package [120-days letter] on 10/6/2009.
7. On 08/10/2009 your file was reAssessed [much work was done]:
-Scrutinized your apps, checked pps validity, pers. details, FOSS, edn [17yrs.], supporting docs. etc.
-Only points for age were accounted [why? -unknown]
-Opening also your case for PCC checks [SECCRIM]
-U were also marked for 'Interview'.
8. On 24/9/2009 your file was reviewed by an IO [again much work was undertaken]:
-Your PSDEC deferment was 'removed' [it became '0']
-Your agent [Mr. Mohd. Mughal] was identified.
-Your RPRF was not found - thus 'deferred'.
-Your landing loc. noted [Calgary AB]
-Your IO 'approved' u for Medicals.
-No other point-scores were added in the CAIPS [however they must have been calculated, why? -unknown]

No further information could be divulged from your attached CAIPS notes.
The info since the last BF'D - what occurred thereof - is unavailable.
Either u didn't upload the pages here, or u might not have recd them at all.
I believe u have done your meds. In that case u, most likely, stand 'cleared'...
And then, u might be on your way to your PR visa.

I had ordered my CAIPS from lawpoint.ca, it was 12 pages and I posted them all. Interestingly, I was meant to receive the notes in early January and I was quite surprised to receive them this early. I have not received my medicals as yet and my E-Cas has been in Decision Made since October 2011 and my so called consultant's address has now disappeared from E-Cas. I hope that I receive my medical's request within the the first half of 2012, the only thing is that I submitted an update 2 weeks ago of a job change to neighboring Tanzania where I have been for this year! Thanks for all the support.
