without passport providing you have an ID with picture
you would only need IELTS when send all documents after Sidney.

dear frd
u can send ur application to cio canada without ielts but u need principal applicants passport
for points u have to go thru cic web site
u are applying under federal skilled worker or some thing else
if yes u or ur wife shud be skilled worked and it shud be in the NOC list

From April 10, 2010, prospective immigrants will be required to prove their English and French language abilities at the time they apply and if you will wait for the issuance of passport then after 1st may,2010 (you would have to gone through new occupation list) however ,Any one can also apply with the receipt of applying of passport(issues by the passport authority).

Bhaiya aapka passport to chahiye, canada PR ki file rakhne ke liye.....Wife ka passport nahi hoga to chalega....

IELTS ki pehle jarur nahi, wo aap 3 mahine ke baad exam de sakte ho....

10th ke baad 2 saal ka ITI kiya hoga tab hi 3 point milege.....nahi to 0 point

12 ke baad 2 saal ka ITI hoga to tab 4 point...
