So you have dependents inland or Outland? Mine is AOR May 16, 2020. Security not started, Medical expired. All others passed. All dependants inland since 2017 still nothing from this officer

my dependent Outland. Meds expired in May. Only eligibility passed. The last update from this officer was in October 2020. He also wrote an outcome -Application assessment- PASS, but everything is stuck on Criminality check
Today I got an update on my application- me medicals are being reviewed again after being expired in May. Seems like the process is resumed
Here is my timeline;
Same officer, (JS13765)
Aor 5 th June 2020
CEC inland with 2 dependents
Eligibility passed in October 2020
On 11 th June remedical requested (as expired on 22 nd May) and we submitted and it is approved on 1st july
Criminality passed around 5th july
Security not started…..

After tens of calls to IRCC I was able to get an agent sent a request to the CPC-Ottawa to look at the expired medicals (expired May 2021; extended June 2021) and another one to send a query to the local VO asking reasons for the delay in landing (my application was approved by an officer the 1st week of October 2020). Upon that the local VO submitted a query to CPC Ottawa with the same question about the delay and the response on was "Client was not previously virtually landed as it appears file was not added to any PQ at time of landing so was not properly referred to any office for finalization"
Now these idiots have added a Print Queue to the COPR document section on the GCMS notes (received on July 15 2021) but that document has an expiry date in May 2021 (exactly the same day as the expiry date of the old medicals). I am stunned by how stupid these people are.
Useless to say, apart from the medical extension in June 2021, there has been complete silence on the application since October 2020.
Anybody else in the same situation?
