Yes, only if you do no have discrepancies with your documents or medical problems

There are no guarantees. An ITA does not guarantee PR.

ITA is just an invitation to apply. It does not guarantee any Visa. There are so many members in this forum who have updated that their applications have been rejected for the documents not being in order.

How about you go through the CIC website first and then bring up these stupid and annoying questions.
One commonality I see with every new member is that all of you guys come all guns blazing and ask these dumb questions. CIC has answered all these questions on their website. www.cic.gc.ca
