If there is a chance to have ITA before May while sitting at 412

No way to know but if it went that low might be a miracle but nobody can tell as people on here speculated it would never go below 450 and yet has hit 434 but 412 seems out of reach but nobody knows as could just back up again once they reach their quota of applicants.

Why not?

As Bs65 said, no one can say for sure but based on sentiments in the forum score should breach/touch 400 by end of the year. So if we go by the sentiment it may not be May but by end of the year you should get your ITA.

Having said that I do not like uncertainty and I would have been in your shoes:

1. If I would have got a nomination from Ontario, I would have still applied for it.
2. If there is an option to get nomination from another PNP program (SNIP), I would try that.
