if the visa officer refuses the file................

hi guys,,,,i have gone so much apprehensive because of rejection i got from the CHC,delhi due to a very rare reason of shortage of merely 100$ in funds to be shown and that too because of non-calculation of additional documents which they claimed to not to be in receipt of.

i have applied again but there is some doubt that 'can the visa officers raise fingers on some other points also which were not raised upon by them previously'?

secondly,what will be the status of mine in this application,,,is it to be processed fastly as previously all basic processings haver been done or it will be altogether a new start?

any thing can happen... they will consider ur file afresh & may take reference of ur old file... (same u have to declare on application: ever u applied)

can u plz eloborate one more thing?its a rumour that some catagories are getting removed by this month,mine is a 'accountant'[1111],,,my application has been recieved by the CIO ON APRIL1,what will be my status if the accountant catagory is removed by chance[god forbid]?

the CHC,delhi didnt sent back my original IELTS cerificate.now as i have reapplied,do i need the original one this time also to submit to CHC or notarised copy will do the purpose?

If you re-apply, application will be considered new file and will be processed accordingly. They will take into consideration why your previous application was denied and all points declared in previous application in consideration.
Don't go by rumors, they go around all the time, just apply ASAP before it gets too late. Don't believe anyone till you actually see on CIC Web site.

I think you can get a copy of your IELTS certificate from the IELTS test center for a small fee. It would be faster to get its copy from the test center.

Write to CHC to send back your original certificate. If they do not respond in time then I would suggest better apply for IELTS again. I know what I am saying doesn't seem to be technically correct but trust me it is better to be prepared.

CORRECTION HERE: As suggested by one of the member,(It slipped of my mind) get one additional copy of IELTS but will stress on sending original copy only for IELTS as it is mentioned in every document to send only original IELTS.

You can get additional copy of IELTS from them for nominal fee.

Also, to my knowledge you can submit notarized copy of result as long as they are valid. I never submitted my original result.
