If the IRCC will take back the PR in the case of

hi Gents,

I would like to know

there is the four family members all have the approved COPR letter. If only the applicant choice the land on time and the sponsor decided not landing till the COPR expired and give up the in recently year. is that IRCC allow this and if will take back the applicant PR?
