Ok just checked ecas for Perment Resident and it first said processing then when i clicked on Perment resident outside canada said recieved medicals and right at the very bottom it said this


COMPLETE
(This is the last step in the processing of your application.)
Applicant Arrives in Canada and is Granted
Permanent Residence
You will need to meet with an Immigration Officer who will verify your documents and grant you permanent residence if all is in order.

now im wondering are they finished because has no dates when was completed or does that page just state all the steps i a little confused can some one help me

That is interesting. Did it ever go through the stage on Ecas of saying:

DECISION MADE under the Permanent Residence Application Status column and when you click on it, saying something like.


A decision has been made on #### application. The office will contact #### concerning this decision.

before it went to COMPLETE.

Only that's what my e-cas record did when it was ready for them to apply my visa to the passport. I checked today and it still says that despite having my visa+passport and CoPR back for a few weeks now. (I'm landing in Halifax tommorrow. )

Hey there, I guess you are mixing between your application status and the explanation that e-cas provide for each step of the process, because e-cas only mention complete under your application processing when you land in canada and activate your PR

yes, rorita_76 totally right, - the status of my application was changed from the decision made to complete right next day I landed.

ok got a letter today saying they recieved application for perment resedent and it is now processing we will contact you if we need more information so i guess i got answer to my question but i thank all of you for your response i think what i was reading was all the steps so i guess i will wait to see what happens wish you all the very best and i hope Santa brings you all your P.R this Christmas and you can celebrate the new year in Canada all the best to you all

My husband landed last week and the next day ecas on PR status will change to complete. Cusin have you already landed in Canada??? If yes than your ecas will be updated to complete as Rorita mentioned and they will also update the name of the airport were you landed.
