If they send your application back before CIC issues the AOR, then you can get the money refunded.
Once the AOR has been issued, the money is gone.
 
i got the a.o.r 2 weeks ago and then got rejected today,will they send back my application with original documents,references from employer,english test results etc so i can use them again when i try to re apply? any help im very grateful thanks
 
unfortunately they will not return documents back or issue the refund money since your application was rejected after AOR stage.

in his/her earlier post, he/she forgot to submit English test result. If this is the reason, not sure why CIC didn't return the packages but refused it.
 
how do i get another copy of my english test,such a pain in the ass having to gather all the documents again

i its less then two years since you have done your IELTS exam you can contact the ielts centre where you sat for the exam and request an additional copy,you are allowed one extra copy to be mailed directly to you and the fee is very small.

You can't send any more copy of English test. Take the test if you don't have a valid result. And don't forget to send it this time.

Bite the bullet and start gathering your documents again. The faster you do this, the faster you can apply again.

Don't waste any more time.

Gathering documents/filling up application - is a pain, but this is part of the process. What can we do?

the OP can request an additional copy to be mailed to him from the ielts centre where he/she sat for the exam if its not more then two years.

Last year same happened to my application got rejected after AOR.
I requested IELTS center to issue a new copy of the results and they provided it by paying an additional 25 CAD i think.

if your in Toronto I know the Email id and forms which we need to fill to get copy of IELTS results.

Yeah he can request from IELTS as many times as he wants, but it will be useless for his current application.
That's why I mentioned "a valid result".

I was just telling him to start gathering documents, rather than listening to friends who actually don't know simple immigration rules. If OP was regular at this forum, he would have known without language result, his application is a probable denial.
