if PR for Quebec is approved, do I need to live in Quebec only or I can move?

Guys two questions, if anyone can help would be great. Really appreciated.

1. Does anyone know if I have to live in Quebec if my application for PR is finally approved for Canada? Or perhaps I am able to move to other Provinces? Is there a time restrictions attached or something like that? I have just applied for my CSQ in August 2016 for Quebec.

2. While my application is being processed for Quebec, can I start processing my application for other provinces if I like?

you can move at any time if you want , PR is for all canada , not only for Quebec
