if PR application already forwarded in philippine means sponsorship is approved?

hello Everyone...

sponsorship approval it takes 64 days. our PR conjugal application was sumdmitted and recieved october 15 2015 and right now
we still waiting for the approval. earlier this morning my partner forwarded on me the letter from CIC and it was written there that our application is already sent it manila Philippines.
i am curious and i dont know what doesnt means. i didnt hear anything from my partner that our PR sponsorship is approve
but one thing i known is our application is already sent it to manila philipppines just recieved news today.
my question is, if my PR application is already sent it to manila means our PR sponsorship is already approved?
anyone can advice me about this situation??

did you /your partner receive email from CIC that he/she is approved as sponsor?
normally they send email: I and my husband both received email that he was approved as sponsor.

every day i check my emails but i didnt recieve anything from CIC. this afternoon i tried to ask
my partner if he recieve sponsorship approval but i will recieve his answer tomorrow morning. the letter that was
my partner recieve it was writen there that our PR application is already forwarded visa in manila and further in process.

seems like we are on the same boat. Our application for PR was forwarded to Canada Embassy Manila last October 27, 2015 and they start processing it. We got letter from the CEM confirming that they received our application on November 4,2015 (i guess that's an AOR2) but they haven't stated on that letter that my husband was approved to be my sponsor. So, I am a little confused. I always checked our eCAS, it says under his name InProcess and it didn't says there that he was approved... ???

CIC says that sponsorship was already approved and then 2nd step our PR application forwarded to manila for processing. our consultant that my partner hired , she said that she send the documents to Quebec for issuing Quebec Selection Certificate. This is just a formality and will not delay the processing of PR. She also telling on my partner that, it’s time to have my medical exam.
but im still comfused coz i didnt recieve on my emails about what happening. hope everything will be alright and hope i will recieve emails from CIC to inform me too.

I think you can do your medical anytime while your application is Inprocess. Mine, i did Upfront medical examination and it showed on my eCAS that they received my medical.

if you did not do medical before you sent off app, VO would request do medical .
you need to print out form they sent you with your UCI no.
so I would wait.
Also, you would have UCI no. now,then you can check out your status on CIC (ECAS).

yes, the consultant was the first one to received updates from CIC because they are your representative, same as our, all updates from CIC goes to my lawyer. and Yes, our lawyer requested me to get medical done ahead. Where are you located at? if you were near Manila there is 2 designated clinic that perform medical examination for Canada applicant, one in St. Luke and IOM Manila Health Center in Makati. you can look it up on the web or ask your lawyer/consultant (i forgot the website thou). I did mine at IOM Manila Health Center. Cost me 5,000 php.
