That is the response I received from the visa office, so My wife sent her passport to them. I think my wife sent her passport with no return courier.so what do we do in tv is case. Also is it possible to extend our last medical because it expired February 2013, but since my wife is pregnant now she can't go through with the x-ray. If thy don't extend the medical can the sponsorship be finalized without an x-ray. Also does that mention mean that the interview is waived??

My cousin sent it for my wife while I was in canada. I'm pretty sure you just ask dhl for a prepaid return courtier and tell them the country it's going. They should know the rest.

I am in Somalia, there is a DHL office in Hargeisa, Somalia, but they don't have such envelopes may be i should order these from Djibouti or Canada.

One last question i got is , when the Nairobi office were communicating with your wife like when they sending the AOR, notifications, or request for medical or documents, did the Nairobi office send all these via postal mail? or they all send these notifications and request to her email or yours email?

Because here in Somalia we don't have such postal system and i would not be able to receive letters from the Nairobie office, unless it is through DHL.
If they use the mail system I am afraid i am gonna some letters which could be important for my applications.

When it came to anything they needed from my wife, they would communicate with me online. If they wante medicals I would be informed then I would tell my wife what she needed to do. We would send everything through dhl. They never sent my wife a letter the whole process. When we sent her passport with the return envelope, they sent the passport back with the AOR in the return envelope we sent them. You should give them a call or email them asking for advice in your situation. Good luck
