All most all of the time admission office contacts you with their decision. Some time the admission processes can be lengthy and you would get to know about your admission decision quite late. That is why it is always wise to apply early. And if you are too restless you can always email to admission office or call them. those contact details should be at you uni/college website. But before you contact please do consider the average admission processing time, information about which should also be provided in their website, unless you definitely want to piss them. If the processing time is about a month and you call them just after a day you submit your documents, now that won't be nice would it be?
