If new Ministerial Instructions are not issued before July 1, 2012, the current cap of 10,000 new applications will re-set on that date.

This means that the current list of 29 will most probably remain the same..

This line is always mentioned on the website, so we need to wait until the last week of June to be sure of anything, I am hoping that there will be an increase in the number of application accepted as they are planing to return pre 2008 applications so they will have more time to process new applications.
